Please make sure to complete all steps of the enrollment once you start. Once you start and enter any information, it sends it to our school as an admission--then we have to contact you to find out if you intended to enroll. Thank you for your help with this. No fees are due at the time you complete this online enrollment application. Registration fees are due within 10 days of receiving an email statement from the school. Fees may be paid by credit card, Pay Pal, or check.

Welcome to our Champion Preparatory Academy online enrollment. Thank you for selecting Champion to provide your educational program. We appreciate the time you will take to complete the online enrollment form.
You will need Contact information, Emergency Pick-up Name, Address and Phone, email(on-campus students, Medical Information (Dr., Dentist, Insurance Policies)
New Families: If you are a new family please select Enroll.
After selecting Re-Enroll or Enroll Please check the box at the bottom right hand corner of this page in order to continue with your enrollment. I have fully read and accept the content of this message. Click on the NEXTnext button at the bottom right of the screen. Please complete Steps 1 -5. When finished with each step please click on NEXT.

Step 1-Family Contact information
Step 1A. Family Contacts-enter at least one. On-Campus families please enter anyone that has permission to pick-up your student.
Step 2-Add Student Information -Next Select Classes by clicking on Edit.
Step 2 A- Please notice that after you enter your student information you will see their name grade and CLASSES (Edit)-click on Edit to select your classes or enrollment option. If you can't see all the classes-click on F11 to open up the screen. (CPA Homeschool Academy, Virtual Academy, On-Campus Classical, STAR class selections and enrollment options (T-Th, M-Th, M-F) or for single class (9-12) -just select the desired classes.
Medical (Edit) CPA and On-Campus please complete the medical information by clicking on Edit.
Step 3- Medical Information - On-Campus students only--Please complete all information.
Step 4- Family Directory- Check NO if you do not want your address or phone # published in our online directory that is available to all Champion members.
Step 5-Check that all information is correct. Please check for spelling errors, typos, email addresses, etc. You can click on previous to go back and make changes. Click on Print to keep a record of your enrollment. Completed-Submit
